Submit an Article

Article submissions are always needed. Share your personal training accounts, a feature on influencial community figures, an event review about seminars/gatherings or just anything that you think others may enjoy.

A few suggested guidelines for submissions:
The length of an article is not a significant consideration. Although we recommend at least 3 to 4 typewritten pages or more, do not let length be a limitation. Say what you have to say.

Although we try to publish original material, we will also publish excerpts from books with the author's permission.

Submissions can be in Word or just via email text. If you are submitting pictures/images with your articles, color pictures are best and we suggest these be sent as attachments. Generally, the larger the size of the image, the better quality we will have to work with. A short bio about yourself may also be submitted.
